This Privacy Policy explains how Moms on Teaching USA ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information gathered through usa.momsonteaching.com and related tutoring services, for families across the United States.
Our services involve tutoring children under 13. We collect only the information necessary to deliver tutoring (name, grade, subject needs, session progress) and require verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information from a child. We do not knowingly collect more information from children than is reasonably necessary, and parents may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their child's information at any time by contacting us.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with the specific tutor assigned to your child, our payment processor for billing purposes, and service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, and opt out of its sale — though we do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We retain student progress records for the duration of active enrollment plus one additional year, after which records are securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your (or your child's) personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below.
For any privacy-related questions, contact us at usa@momsonteaching.com or via the Contact page.
