1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a demo class, enrolling in a tuition plan, or otherwise using usa.momsonteaching.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Moms on Teaching USA provides 1-on-1 online tutoring for CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and Tuitions for KG—Plus Two, delivered via live video sessions by vetted tutors.

3. Enrollment & Payment

• A free demo class is offered prior to enrollment in any paid plan
• Monthly plans are billed in advance; term plans are billed per the agreed schedule
• Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice for existing enrollments

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice. Repeated late cancellations may affect tutor availability.

5. Conduct

Parents and students agree to treat tutors respectfully. Moms on Teaching reserves the right to reassign or discontinue service in cases of abusive conduct toward tutors or staff.

6. Intellectual Property

Worksheets, lesson materials, and recorded content provided during tuition remain the intellectual property of Moms on Teaching and are licensed for personal educational use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to support measurable academic improvement, we do not guarantee specific grade outcomes or exam results, as results depend on multiple factors including student effort and school-specific requirements.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal and state law, without prejudice to consumer protection rights in the state where the family resides.
